9 weeks since requesting my LG fridge to be repaired. They charge a call out fee of R400. they wont give a quote until u pay this amount, they will not even tell u telephonically what it is going to cost to repair!! Once i paid in full they were on there way to my house 3 times, then they did not have the spare part, basically they and get your money and you are at their mercy. Rather purchase from Dion's etc as Hirsch just want the money and the customer, they have these wonderful radio ads read by Lucy the daughter of a "family business", what a load of C''''p!!! I have been apologised to many times but they have my money, and well when it suits them they may actually get around to fixing my fridge. Try to get a hold of Lucy, Margaret, Allen Hirsch, they are all miraculosly in meetings ALL the time!!!
