We had returned our Russell Hobbs frying pan which was faulty but didn't have our slip.
Due to Hirsch's great system and helpful, friendly attitude of Rory and the information desk lady (sorry, can't recall name) our query was handled efficiently and effectively :) Will definitely buy from Hirsch's again! Great store! Well done Lucy ;)
