Sell worthless stuff and then tell you had to pay

They phone me and sold Heavy duty degreaser and Anti bacterial concentrate over the phone. They said it is the best on the market and if I am not happy they will take it back. Now when I want some help I had a problem to get hold of them and they refuse to take it Back. There is alot off beter quality product on the market that is alot cheaper and better.
