On the 29/08/13 i fitted a tyre on my vehicle because of a flat invoives nmb D0741102. i send one of my colleagues because i was occupied. On 06/10/13 i had another flat en then realised that my spare wheel was gone. at first i thought it was and the realised that the chain were up (which a wont do) and the tools inside my vehicle was gone. My colleague then phoned them requesting them to have a look and the reply was they have nothing there and that it was my responsibility to have looked. I had to purchase 2 new tires and a rim just to get back in Durban. I just want to know if the "workshop manager/foreman" have any sense of quality control as customers vehicles leave? and if the wheel is gone who did someone sell it to?
Is it norm for Tiger Wheel to let customer vehicles leave without inspection or do they work on assumptions?
