Shocking service received for half product missing

I purchased a duvet and pillows set from menlyn branch for my mom as a gift.
I gave it to my mom in East London when we went to visit. When she opened it it only had one pillow in it instead of 2. I immediately returned it and asked for replacement. That was at end of July 2013, it's now 8 October and it has still not arrived. I've phoned to follow up about 10 times and my mom has made 15 trips to the store to try get it resolved. What a waste of time and money in calls and fuel. Winter is now over and the duvet was meant to be of use for when it was so cold. What I wanted to be as a special gift for my mom has now turned out to be a nightmare. Shocking service from both places and will not buy anything else from this store in future.
