I lost my bank card on the day that a "One day only special" was run, wherein a 90% Goose down duvet was less than half price (and could not do the internet EFT).
When I got my new card the following day the special was over but I phoned Lifson Products, and Rubena gave me the same special after I explained that I just HAD to have this duvet. This is going over, above and beyond the call of duty!
I went to collect my duvet (and new best friend) yesterday - what a pleasant and friendly environment...
PLUS: The product is outstanding, way SUPERIOR quality than I expected for the price - and I will surely do business with them again!
