Dissappointing Service

I went to the store on Thursday 03 October 2013 to purchase on my account only to find out that its been blocked. I was requested to bring through my letter of appointment, ID and my Game card. I returned to the store the next day (Friday, 04 October 2013) to submit the requested documents. Uden confirmed that she had received the documents and my account would be activated within 48 hours.

I returned to the store today to make a purchase on my account of R3360, I was told that my card was not activated and they could not give me a reason as why. We then contacted the Insurance department only to find out that they did not receive the form in the first place. We called again and trhey confirmed to have received the forms however they could not activate my account because I'm not permanently employed. WHY WAS I GIVEN THE ACCOUNT 2YRS AGO WHEN I WAS STILL TEMPORARILY EMPLOYED??? I was so embarrassed at the till point because I had needed to use my account and couldn't.
