Clicks Valley Centre does not answer their phones or return your calls. If it is answered, I asked to speak to the pharmacist and reply I got from a male is that he is the only pharmacist available and has a queue of 5 people. He asked me for my telephone number and pharmacist will call back. I told the male that my call was urgent and he just giggled and made me wait for 8-10minutes holding for a pharmacist. This is frustrating. I called again on Wednesday and still no answer. Is this the customers problem now that this branch doesn't have sufficient staff??
