On the 22nd od july 2013 went into kopanong pharmacy to by an ointment while on the new at the pharmacy i could now hear 3 Pharmacist shouting at the chashier from across the shop, and the reason for that i really did not understand for i felt it was Unprofessional for them to address the lady the way they did even though she made a mistake, while on the Que another customer and where still shocked at their behaviour we where speaking among our selves one on the guys came and told us not to get involved as this in non of our business, advised him that not how he should speak to customers, but he was so rude that he made such a scene at the till.did not get his name as they did not have name tags, the service at the till was fine but the pharmacist where rude about 3 of them 2 ladies and 1 guy.kindly address this as i feel it was uncalled for. their contact numbers are 0119051267 fax 8605055
