I purchased a cellphone (nokia lumia 520) on my Truworths account on the 20th of September in Tygervalley. Had to return the phone the next day as the battery was draining at a very quick rate. Phone was booked in for repairs and apparently had to be sent to MTN for a warranty assesment. Phone could only be sent to MTN on the 30th however, as the MTN warranty was now in place. Upon request to cancel purchase, I was advised that it is not possible and that if it was a manufacturer fault, my account will be credited. To date, I have not yet received any feedback regarding this matter. So much for customer service.
