MANAGER NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY

MY SISTER WENT IN THE ELECTRIC EXPRESS MID-JULY TO PURCHASE A TV. SHE SAW SOMETHING THAT SHE LIKED AND DECIDED TO BUY IT ON CREDIT. A MONTH LATER A LOT HAD HAPPENED BUT NO TV. RUNNING AROUND WITH TOO MANY EXCUSES. THEN I JUST DECIDED TO BUY A TV FROM HI-FI CORP CASH AS ELECTRIC EXPRESS WAS TAKING TOO LONG.
BEFORE WE EVEN MENTIONED THE CANCELLATION, A DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF FOR THE TV. NOT TELL ME HOW CAN YOU GET DEBITED FOR GOODS THAT ARE STILL AT THE STORE. SO WE CANCELLED THE TRANSACTION. WE WENT INTO THE STORE TO CLAIMM BACK THE FUNDS AND WERE TOLD TO COME BACK WHEN THE MANAGER WAS THERE. NEXT TIME WHEN THE MANAGER WAS THERE WE FILLED OUT A FORM AND THE FOLLOWING MONTH THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN WITH THE DEBIT. AGAIN WE WENT IN THE STORE TO ASK ABOUT IT. THE MANAGER WAS AGAIN NOT THERE AND NOBODY COULD ASSIST. THEY CALLED HER AND SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD RECTIFY IT AS SOON AS SHE GOT BACK. SHE GOT BACK AND STILL NOTHING. TILL DATE WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. WE WENT IN AGAIN THIS WEEKEND AND WERE TOLD THAT SHE IS ON LEAVE TILL 17TH OCTOBER SO WE NEED TO COME BACK THEN. I NEED THIS RESOLVED ASAP.
