I bought Gas heater in May 3 bar now heater can only light one bar and smell of the gas is olver the house and we have to open windows when you wake up chest is tight and sore throat the box got bar code and 12year gaurantee on it I lost slip now my husband went to game at prominade spoke with the manager she said they can fix it for me and I need to pay because I don't have the slip they can see its their heater and if they scan barcode it will show its theirs why must I pay if they can see that I bought it there only 4months now heater is not working because of the slip but bar code is theirs why are they me I won't pay they must give me a new heater i'm taking this furthe
