I purchased a heater on the 01 August and after using it for 1 day seen that it had broke, looked like poor workmanship to me. i was away and only managed to get to Shoprite on the 10th August to query the item. seeing as the item was of poor quality i requested a refund or voucher to the value of the heater and the manager on duty refused. he insisted that we take another of the same heater. i had the slip and box everything was intact, however he plainly refused my concerns that i was unhappy.
