My fiance ordered a men's Tungsten Carbide wedding band for me for our wedding on the 9th of February. It was ordered in December and despite them saying it would take 7-15 working days, we received it after a month. But they sent the wrong ring and are now passing the buck on to their supplier in the USA. They now said that the new ring was ordered, but after we asked numerous times that they send it via speed post or the fastest possible way as it was their error to begin with, they just keep telling us it will take 7-15 working days. The wedding is in 7 working days and they ordered it 3 working days ago, but now they say they can't promise us the ring will be here in time for the wedding???
How is my soon-to-be wife going to feel if she can't give me a ring on our wedding day???
