The less I say the better because I can write a book about this firm.
1. He doesn't listen to clients requests
2. He doesn't give advice
3. He doesn't structure salaries taking into account annuities
4. He randomly sends accounts from 2000 to 5000 and always has a supposed valid reason
5. He asks a 100 year old uncle to tally cashslips and does not submit the correct expenses to sars
6. When I queries his ridiculous fees he threatened to cancel the submission of my books so as to endanger my business
7. His incompetence has resulted in us owing sars a great deal of money
8. He didn't do a needs analysis.
9. This is a small company - only 2 of use here.
10. He makes false promises
11. He is taking me for a ride just because I am not aware how these things are done
13. There's always excuses
14. His bigger clients are probably more important
15. He couldn't give a about his paying clients
16. This year in his fees for a one man business - so far exceeds R 20 000 then the amount I have to pay to SARS cause he didn't do his job and pressurised me to sign.
This company is a big NO-NO! Be aware - he leaves everything to 99 and threatens not to submit if you don't pay.
