So, as on the bottle/bag of the Omo washing liquid/powder. It states guaranteed win. This is all well and good. I sent my sms... and 3 weeks later got no reply... called in to enquire and the systems were down... agent took my details..never called back. I sent another sms from another pack, and WOW..i was contacted and told i would receive an sms with my free movie ticket voucher... and yet again... 2 weeks gone by and no ticket voucher... So... two entires and nothing too show for it...
