Goods collected STILL NO VOUCHER TO REPLACE GOODS

I bought Robertson spice 750/1kg containers only to discover that the containers are filled half. I called Unilever and they collected the goods on 28th October 2013 and was told that the voucher will be sent in the post, to date i have still not received any voucher this is a huge Inconvenience as i paid up to R600.00 for all the spices at Makro and now need to fork out more money for ROBERTSON'S mess up not weighing there products. I THINK ITS SO UNFAIR THAT I NEED TO WAIT SO LONG FOR THE ERROR TO BE FIXED, UNILEVER ARE NOW ASKING ME TO WAIT UNTIL THE 28TH OF NOVEMBER and will action if i did not receive anything by them,

I NEED THIS SORTED OUT BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS TODAY!!!
