On Saturday, 05/10/13, my hubby and I visited spar at about 8:30, realizing that it was just before closing time, we knew exactly what we wanted and went directly to the Chateaux Gateaux fridge, there was only one type of cake, which was not the one we had wanted. A manager walked past us at the same time and we asked him if there were other flavored of cakes... And to get the most absurd answer... "The company closed down". Unfortunately I didn't get the managers name, but I'm sure you can go back and have a look at the roster, I know for a fact that that is totally untrue as we normally go directly to Chateaux Gateaux and purchase. It's extremely rude of the manager to assume that customers are so stupid that he could blatantly to them. I had called Chateaux Gateaux myself to make sure that they were still in business, to no I surprise they are. I realize that it was late and just before closing time, but that no reason to to a customer just to get them out of your shop! Highly disappointing and disgusted!
