I have an account whit Edgars for 35Years i just received a letter that my account will be closed on the 31 January 2014 that have sold their books over to Absa and due to insufficient information on my account they going to close it but I have never a phone call from them or a letter to state that i have to go to my nearest branch to update my details, I also have a funeral policy with them what is going to happen to that money that i already paid. i think that me tuff you just chucked away money. that shows what Edgars think about their customer always phone to sell something and you a valid customer but in the way they act I don't think they any customer service i phone the call centre to find out what happing also sort and sweet we going to close your account. Thanks Edgars for the bad service i received from you after 35years of loyalty to support you
