Good Day

I bought a cell phone at N1 city pep stores on Saturday the 5.10.13 I wasn't told to read the slip before I signed the lady just said sign there...
The following day 06.10.13 I took the phone back cause the phone keeps on shutting down and I was told the phone can whatsapp and it can't...
The phone has no damage it's was in its original packaging with all accessories and till slip... and it's within the 7 days
When I got there, I spoke to Ashley female there was no manager available, she then told me she will send the phone away for repairs I can't have a cash refund the phone is still within the 7 days how on earth can she not want to refund me... I waited there for 2 hours she just ignored me... she called the manger on his cell he advise no cash refund, I don't understand why not it's my money.
She then started getting an attitude towards me I'm 8 months pregnant for 2 hours I was in the shop on my feet stressing this is not good for me at the moment... they never even offered me a chair
There was one of the other worker Anthea that also made a comment...
