I am really dissapointed in Cell's services. I really regret leaving my services provider.
On the 02nd of July my phone freeze, I could not do anything with my phone, the following day, the phone had liquid all over the phone. I took my phone back to Game, the guy at the phone section completed the forms. He wrote on the paper, the phone is in a good condition. He took the phone to the customer centre and the lady told me, the phone will go for repairs and I will get feedback within 21 days. She did not say 21 working days. On the 31st July after I followed up, they phone me back and say I have to pay R2400 for the damage on the phone. I had the phone just over 10 days. Why did I take out a contract, If I had the money, I would have bought the phone cash. Now I am sitting without a phone. Today I receive the photo's of my phone. There is a crack or scratch on my phone. All I am saying, I regret it. I had bad service since the start of my contract, and yes Ayanda was awesome, she help, when my number was ported. I took my daughter's phone and had to insert my number in her phone, cause I don't have a phone.
