I bought a TV at Lewis stores in Eldorado Park and it gave me problems, they exchange 3 TV's and told me it's the dstv meanwhile it had sounds problems. After 3 months without no TV an phone evertime, they told me last week they going to refund me, i must come in and sign a pink slip, i wnet there on Saturday 20 April 2013 and they told me they need authorisezation number and magaret's phone is off
now i'm dealing with the big boss only to find out they going to refund me but i need to send a 3 month bank statement and a copy of my ID, i'm not asking for a loan all i want is my money back, why do i need bank statements
