I bought a cellphone Samsung Galexy pocket on 23 March 2013 at Jet Silverton. I then went to Jet in eersterust on 25 March 2013 to credit the phone or to take a new phone because the phones button did not work so the lady at Jet in eersterust told me to go to Jet in silverton because i bought the phone their. i have till saturday the 30 March 2013 than it is 7 days. So i went to Jet silverton on 30 March 2013 at 12H45 so i was standing in the que so his lady Jacky ask me if she can assist i aid yes and i told her about the phone she ask me for my receit i gave it to her and she aid to me that it is 8 days already i told her i bought the phone on saturday so it is one week and she started to give me attude and told me it is 8 days from that saturday i bought the phone i did not know the a week is 8 days i know a week is 7 days. So i took the slip and the phone and i left when i got to the doore i told the secrurity lady to take the phone and give it back to that b... h and i left.
