Its the 2nd time now that I went to purchase a pair of shoes that I have seen on display in the shop however was unable to purchase it.
About a month back I saw a peach sissy boy heel size 6 that was on display and whern I asked the consultant 4 the other leg she said be right back and went to the back of the store. She later returned after like 20 minutes just to tell me that the other leg was mis placed! She offered to take down my details and give me a call after a week to collect the shoe so I was fine with that. I waited a month now and still no phone call which is really upsetting!
The 2nd incident happened this weekend on Sat I went into the store and saw a black sissy boy shoe size 6 on display and requested the consultant to get the other leg for me, this time I waited 30 minutes just to find out that she cannot find it and will call me when she does! Whii know isn't going to happen!
The level of service with regards to this aspect is Pathetic and Foschini needs toi be more organised!
