I went under debt review in June 2010, my debt has still not been through court, I now owe more than when I started with them, I have complaint at the National Credit Regulator and was told I can claim damages from them, I think that will be my only option. They take your money every month and do nothing. They never reply on e-mails and my creditors always complain that they can't get hold of them.
