I went to above mentioned Attorneys in connection with my debt. I was interested to go under Debt counselling.
I spoke to the attorneys and they explain how the system is going to work ext. I then told them to do the necessary paperwork with my creditors and so on. I could not afford to pay either the attorneys or my creditors but already the attorneys lock my name as UNDER debt-review. I want to apply for loans at my work but cant succeed as my name is UNDER debt-review. I went to the attorneys to ask them to take my name off the Debt Review
system as they then told me they cant must first pay the money own to them. I then ask for a letter to proof that
i am not under debt-review. Then the letter that they gave me was also stated that i am not paying the Debt Review. I never was in court neither was my creditors cases taken to court.
I just want to know what is my position to take my name of the system for Debt-review please?
