I am a single mother and as we all in life had gone through a very bad patch and got my self over indebted with my debt, I finally took charge of my actions and seeked debt counseling and it was advised that its better for me to go under debt review with all my creditors before I lost everything, my complaint is against ABSA BANK, i have a credit card with them and my vehicle is financed by them, can one believe that NO LEGAL action has been taken up to date with regards to my vehicle finance YET ABSA REFUSES to take my debt under review, they will rather proceed with lengthy court orders and complications then to take my debt under review WHERE as ALL DEBTORS gets paid accordingly once going under debt review in a matter of 2 months, I just find it so ridiculous and unnecessary that HERE is a individual that plans to pay back all her debt and has seeked and taken the next step through debt counseling to show commitment and pay her debt!!! I am sure that not only me but many other citizens have gone through rough patches and stages in life as I am, and ABSA bank is just simply not interested!!! Dont deal with ABSA!!!
