No Customer Service. I just want to cancel

How on earth is a plastic foschini card much more safer than a customers id? I forgot my purse at home-only had my id book which I used to pay, saw a garment that I would like to take on account but oh what a hussle. At the till point I am told that I cannot purchase with my id document if I dont have a card. Well I asked Motlalepula, who just uttered "New Rules New Manager". When I requested to speak to the manager, she just ignored that I have a complaint then left the store as it was her time to knock off, no effort to put the customer first. MOTLALEPULA called the callcentre and put me through to Vincent ZONDI, who himself took me through security check only to tell me that he cannot help me stating that all Tfg managers make their own rules and therefor the head office doesnt interfere in the day to day running of the store. All I needed was to use my account that I pay loyaly every month, to an extend that I get offered higher credit limits. ALL for what: to be treated with attitude by store managers and fochini untrained staff. There is no communication sent to customers when changes are made just as much promotions are speedily emailed.
