I just want to thank Serano on the excellent service he gave me today. I had a complaint with the store as my aunt, who was at the store earlier this morning, got no assistance from Yoliswa Rum. Yoliswa made no attempt what so ever in trying to find a solution for my aunts query regarding her lay by. I personally went in to the store and spoke to Serano who was able to assist me with a solution in under 15 min. I myself am in the sales and service industry and can confidently say that Serano went the extra mile. Serano is an asset to Ackermans. Serano, my aunt was thrilled when she saw me return with the daughter's coat.
