To whom it may concern. This is to compliment Yoliswa Mogale on the outstanding work that she is doing at Telkom mobile. Firstly I want to say that Telkom mobile disconnected my line and said it was a computer glitch and it went on for 2 weeks and I called everyday and was given the run around for the past 2 weeks and when I called Yoliswa on the 29/08/2013, the problem was solved because this problem was persisting from the 17/08/2013 to the 29/08/2013. I hope that people like the managers and technical staff that I spoke to for every day for the past 2 weeks, can adopt the pleasantness and kindness that Yoliswa has presented her self to me and showed me that she has Telkom mobile clients at heart and her best interests.
