Few weeks ago I had a complain against one of the employees at Ackermans Arcadia who treated me badly but today I am writing to say that I went back to the same store for some shopping and I was helped by the same person and I must say that the service I received this time was excellent. Thanks to Rozita for the Intervention it has worked
