In November 2012 I paid off my Lay bye at Ackermans in Sandton. On Saturday the 09th Of March 2013 I realized that one of the Shirts I had purchased for my son still had a Clothes magnetic Tag on and he wanted to wear it that day.

I then went to Ackermans (trade route mall) and they told me they don't use the type of tags so they could not assist me in removing it.
Jacqueline (one of the assistants there) offered to walk with me to all other stores in the mall just to find if they had the removing magnet for that tag, until Edgars assisted us.
She went an extra mile to assist me.
I am highly appreciated in the service I received with Jacqui, I must say she is an asset to your company and we need more Store assistants like that to provide exceptional customer service.
Jacqueline deserves a medal!!!
