Last week I was looking at prices to buy a phone for our housekeeper's daughter. I saw a Samsung at Ackermans for a very good price, especially because the phone description said that it can access Facebook, Twitter and What's App. I especially wanted What's App because it is a cheaper and easier way for 'Jane' to communicate with me. This morning after purchasing and Rica'ing the phone, I tried to install What's App as I walked out the store. It was only then that I discovered the phone was in fact not able to access What's App. I went back into the store to ask the gentleman who sold me the phone for his assistance. He only shrugged his shoulders and told me the phone cannot use What's App and then he walked away. I was promised a phone that was able to do certain things, only to be met with from the store advertisements and rudeness from the sales staff.
