On 27th January 2013 I went to Ackermans Ottery, I was there at 9am, according to the sign they were supposed to open at 9am, I decided to go to Pnp in the mean time as perhaps they were running late in opening the store. After spending 40 minutes in Pnp, Ackermans was still closed, I wasted my time waiting for the store to open, this is unaaceptable as they did not have a sign up saying they would be late and there was no staff walking around in the store either. I personally don't feel like going to that store again as this is the 2nd issue I have with this store. I went there beginning of the month and they did not want to change a pair of shoes I purchased in November. I explained that I was unable to bring it back and that on the slip it said that I could take something else if they could not refund me. I was more than happy to take something else but they would not allow me to. Now I am stuck with shoes that I cannot wear.
