I called into the contact centre for a general query with regards to my account details ie, : available credit and balance on my account. I also enquired if my debit payment was reflecting, the consultant was completely lost and gave me no assistance at all.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service from Woolworth's as i have always viewed them as a retail store who have excellent service however after this experience and many other unsatisfactory experiences i have changed my view and opinion about their brand.
