I had two accounts with woolworths. one Woolworths loan and woolworths store account. Due to Financial challenges i skipped months till both were handed over to their artoneys. I made arrangements to settle the loan by December. and made a R570 payment to the store card account this Saturday. The branch could not help me with tmy balance when i requested. I called the attorneys today they only confirmed the closed one and gave me customer service for the balance. which i called and the is no answer 011 560 4705.
How are they going to help me because they couldnt help me in their branch Customer care. This is disappointment. somehow i need to know what is outstanding on my account with jumping from one consultant to another. I really not happy with this.
