No contact for skip promo

I purchased a Skip 750ml washing liquid just over two months ago. I smsd the promo code as requested and was supposed to be contacted 48 hours later. A consultant contacted me a week later and due to being busy at the time, I requested he call me back which was agreed upon... two months later and still no call back!

Is this just a to get consumers to buy the product???
