On the 25th of sep 2013 i made the internet transfer into the woolworths account however the reference ive used its my nedbank credit card instead of woolworths ive made numerous calls to the customer service who advise me to send the the email of which i did, Everytime when make a follow up phone call they promise to call me back until today no one bothered, this thurday i spoke to Liezel Goliath who was arrogated and unprofessional since september until today the query hasnt been resolved i forward the same email ondaily hoping they will get irritated and resolve my query urgently, one bothers to respond, clearly woolworths doesnt know thE meaninig of customer service they all need urgent training to handle queries like this WOOLWORTHS IS THE RUNNING A SPAZA
