I never had such a traumatic experience in my life. i went to Woolworths Eastgate mall to buy clothes for my kids, i had a credit balance of R1041.00, then i went to pay i asked Sibongile to check my credit balance and the outstanding amount to settle the account and she advised that its R258.83. I asked her if i pay it now will i be able to buy with it immediately and she said yes, wow, i swiped my debit card and then she tells me that the card is declining because the payment is not reflecting.

Remember, i asked nicely, she than called Marianne her superior and there was nothing that could be done to assist me. We went to Customer services as i asked them to reverse my payment so i can pay Cash, another trauma begins, they gave me my R260.00 that i payed to settle the account. When we check the credit balance now, its R781.00, they debited from the credit balance i had of R1041.00.

All in all, i didnt get the clothes i went to buy, i was there from 10h30 until 11h55 but still the matter was not sorted. The only thing i wanted to do was to settle my account and buy clothing for my kids but i wasted my money going and spent my time for nothing bt they meesed up the FT'S.
