Can someone please assist me to get my problem resolved as No One from the JD Group is willing to take the responsibilty to try an assist me. Im being dragged around with no clear reason and i feel that this is unprofessional of the JD Group.

I refer to the mail that was sent last week already... Since my last communication I haven't received any feedback from Joshua Doore's, however this is not a surprise as this is a typical example of the service I've been getting from Joshua Doore's.

As Joshua Doore's doesn't take the effort to assist in rectify my problem, I just wanted to do a follow up with my 2 months complaint with regards to my Account. As this is my money affected, I will check the progress of my complaint daily because if I don't take the Initiative NO ONE WILL!

Please can someone try to assist this time around...
