Bad customer treatment

Hi

At Queenstown mall Truworths me and my wife got a very bad bad treatment we where returning an item she was not happy about.

The lady at the till (Carmelita Coots) was rude she said she was not gonna take it back cos the tag was not attached but the a week earlier my sister returned an item at Truworths with the tag not attached she didnt have a problem.

We asked to speak to the manager she said we cant becouse the manager was not at work so the store had no one incharge we asked another manager then she called the manager via telephone she talked for a long time the problem she was using afrikaans we couldnt hear nothing finally when we spoke to the manager (anna Acton) she was already in the fighting mood she made matters worse.

We asked to speak to other person incharge she said we gonna speak to reginal manager (Rob Button) i was expecting that he was gonna resolve the issue but he realy made me feel realy small the wayhe was talking to me is as if he wanted to proove the point that he is a boss to who ever is listening.

I believe the manager will make you feel satisfied and happy clearly this two manager are failing thats why the staff have bad attitude to us.
