I bought a lounge suite worth R17000, and i payed R13000 on the 8th january 2013 and payed the extra four thousand and some rands on the 5th february 2013 to pay it all out, and infact just 2 days after i bought the lounge suite i noticed the threads on the cushion covers are worning out and i reported this just 2 days after i bought them and i have called several times about this mainly i was dealing with jason brandt from the branch whom i send the pictures in emails and mms's that were costing me, and the last time after 2 months of reporting to him but in vain, that was in april, i spoke to him and he organised people to come and fetch all the cushions and i ask how long will it then take for them to bring back cause my fear was that i could see that, just under the covers the frame is tearing the the couch cover so i did not want to sit with a bigger problem that they still won't be able to fix cause they can't even fix the cushion covers that they have been claiming that they are having in the store, so i returned those guys twice and jason still could not tell me anything better, he just called and left a voicemail for me to call him that was in april and im still waiting.
