Truworths recently had a sale and a further 25% off. i went to the Truworths at Tsakane Mall. i've been to other Truworths stores, but i must say the service at Tsakane mall is amazing. You greeted by the security at the door, the staff on the floor is willing to listen and assist. The manager is on the floor speaking to customers, listening to their queries & complains. The staff is very helpful, they went out of their way to control the long queue, they separated the line in 2, those who were paying the accounts & those who were buying. i must say i really felt that they staff cared, they really made me feel appreciated and welcomed to thier shop. I really think that the manager in that store, lead by example.
The service you render is amazing, you must keep it up.
