Staff incompetent and rude

Last week Wednesday I handed in a duvet inner that was supposed to be sent in to head office for quality assessment. I was agreed that it will go within a day to customer service. It is now three working days later, and still not sent in. The staff at Lyttelton are incompetent and rude. I the meantime I bought another duvet inner. I really though this would be sorted by now.
