Ontlametse refused to give me change

Good day, I went to Pick n' Pay at Rand Ridge Mall at 18:30 yesterday to buy two loaves of bread and a packet of grapefruits which costed me R54.44, I paid with R200 and my change was R164.60. Ontlametse gave me R164 and said she doesn't have 60 cents, I must wait for her to help the other customers hope she will get the 60 cents for me (On my slip it's written Evodia Loabile but the tag of the cashier was Ontlametse). I said to her that is totally unfair can she please go to other till and ask for a change because what is the next people pay using Bank Cards and she said to me i must just wait. She helped the next person who paid using a card and then I asked that I must wait for how long? Then she went to the other tills and came back with 60 cents and I told her that her beahaviour was unfair to me as a customer and she said I can go complain to the next place she doesn't care. If thats how Pick n' Pay does business that you must wait for other customers for change, I should consider shopping somewhere else. I have shopped at Checkers or Woolworths if they do not have change they go ask in other tills or the cash office other than letting you wait.
