As I ate my buffalo wings, I came across plastic pieces that were still in my chicken (probably the plastic that tied the chicken piece at some point) I asked to speak to the manager as the waiter didn't have a response as to why there was plastic in the chicken. as i sat waiting, only 15 mins later did a supervisor come to hear my complaint of which he responded "I don't know, I am not responsible for the chicken wings! " much to my dismay I was very annoyed as he also had me wait further as he sort out to get the actual "kitchen manager". as I kept asking for the manager every time the waiter came to my table he kept saying "he's coming" in a very unpleasant and brush off manor... another 15 mins later another manager came only to tell me the manager who was initially told about the plastic in the chicken wings had decided to slip out the back and leave!!!?
If customer service and the well being of customers you feed is not number one on your aims and objectives PLEASE shut down before another person "nearly swallows" or actually does swallow PLASTIC pieces in your FOOD!
