I'm not sure if all cashiers are aware of thier standard procedure. This lady had closed the counter for staff member which was overruled by the Manager. Already before helping me she had bad stinking attitude. No greeting, She didnt even ask whether i wanted plastic bags and yet to tose down my grocery and whispered to her colleague who told her did you ask her if she needs plastic bags and rudely told her that you know how they people are in her language. Well i ask her why didnt she ask and how she has a bad attitude and if she didnt want to help me she shouldve said so. She throw the plastic along with my card and i told her thats not how customers should be treated. This happen around 3pm on the 3rd of october and its a pity i didnt get her name and her counter its the 4th or 5th one.
I really didnt appreciate how she has treated and i will voice this out again when i go back to the store because i had no time yesterday...
To the Manager this is the lady you politely told her to open up her till and shouldnt close it for staff members.
