Incompetent staff

I went to pay my account like I have for the last 6 years I payed using visa cheque card the amount went through I even got sms from fnb but then cashier didn't give me slip 2 sign apparently he was new etc pls can I get an answer that the amount was credited on the account, this happened on Saturday the 28th sep
