About two months ago in July 2013, I was surprise to learn that Pick and Pay (Fourways Crossing) does not give free plastics if you are buying clothing from their stores. I then spoke to customer service and they told me that they would find out from regional manager and come back to me.
This is particularly unfair because if you buy clothing from any Pick and Pay that sells predominantly Clothing, you get a free plastic, but if its a Pick and Pay that sells clothing and food you dont get a free plastic. Woolies also have a policy of also giving you a free plastic for clothing even if you buy both clothing item and food from the same till.
For me this is fairly straight forward.
After two months I still did not get a call from them and when I went in again I demanded to see a store manager. I spoke to a young gentlemen that took my details and promised to call me that afternoon.
Its been two weeks now and still nothing. I even asked the question on Twitter and I just got: Thank you for your feedback.
Can anyone from pick and Pay tell me whats their policy in terms of this issue? whatever the policy is, it needs to be fair to all its customers!
