Pathetic Service

On 26/09/2013 i drove 15km to A lberton to buy a chest freezer as advertised, to my surprise they didnt have the item and referred me to Boksburg.

The next day 27/09/2013 at midday i drove again more than 20km to Boksburg, The old lady who helped me and my wife took us to the counter to make our payment, She took time to come back from the warehouse and when she came back she told us that the Defy chest freezer was out of stock again.
However they ended up giving me the one that was on display.

This morning 28/09/2013 when my wife wanted to switch on and pack meat in the freezer she discovered the shock of her life, THE FREEZER IS LOCKED. We cannot use the freezer.

I am disgusted i think its better they come and collect their locked freezer and give me my money i can buy elsewhere
